Booking & Reservations

By booking a stay at Lions Den Properties, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Pay all charges associated with your reservation
• Follow the house rules for the property
• Treat the property with respect

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM (self check-in)
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed during booking. Please review the specific policy for your reservation.

House Rules

Each property has specific house rules that guests must follow. Common rules include:

• No smoking indoors (Topanga properties are 420 friendly outdoors)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Maximum occupancy as listed on the property

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Lions Den Properties is not liable for any personal injury or loss of belongings during your stay.
